The Anvil Aire DSG1200 is a 6 flavour gelato display freezer built to sell scooped gelato front-of-house. It measures 1200 mm wide, 700 mm deep and 1150 mm high, and takes six 5 litre gelato pans (360 x 165 x 120 mm, sold separately).
It holds -14 to -18°C with fan-forced cooling and automatic defrost. A frameless ITO coated viewing pane and white LED lighting show the gelato clearly, staff serve from the rear sliding doors, and the black brushed 304 stainless steel body suits a modern cafe or gelateria. It is designed for service, so store gelato in a storage freezer overnight.

No. It takes six 5 litre gelato pans measuring 360 x 165 x 120 mm, sold separately. Ask us and we can supply them.
Can I leave gelato in it overnight?
It is designed as a display freezer for service. Move gelato to a storage freezer overnight to keep it at its best.
What temperature does it run at?
It holds between -14 and -18°C, which keeps gelato at a soft, scoopable texture.
How do I clean it?
Switch off, remove the pans and let it defrost, then wipe the inside and glass with warm water and mild detergent. Dry it fully before switching back on.
Where should it go?
Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat sources such as coffee machines, and leave space around it for airflow.
