The Everlasting BCE9320 is a roll-in blast chiller and shock freezer for high-volume kitchens, built to take a full 20 level trolley rather than individual trays. It measures 950 mm wide, 1360 mm deep and 2180 mm high, and suits central production kitchens, hospitals, aged care and large catering operations.
It can chill up to 120 kg from +90°C to +3°C or shock-freeze up to 90 kg from +90°C to -18°C per cycle, finishing by core probe or by time, with hard and soft cycles and an automatic holding phase. The condensing unit is remote, so it needs installation by a refrigeration mechanic and a 3-phase electrical connection. Made in Italy by Everlasting.

What does installation involve?
The condensing unit is remote, so a licensed refrigeration mechanic must install and connect it, and an electrician needs to hard-wire the 3-phase supply. Talk to us early so we can help plan the install.
