This Sammic stainless steel floor stand comes with a no-foam filter included and is made for the Sammic PI-30 potato peeler. It raises the peeler to working height and handles the starchy waste water in one unit.

Peeler waste is a thick, starchy sludge that should not go down a normal drain. The filter sprays a fine mist of water over the waste and passes it through a sieve, separating solids from liquid so the water goes to drain and the solids go in the bin.
