DRAIN PLATE CLEAR 1/6 PERFORATED

KH Classik Chef Drain Plate 1/6 GN Clear Polycarbonate

The KH Classik Chef 1/6 GN drain plate sits in the bottom of a 1/6 gastronorm pan and lifts food off any liquid that collects. It keeps salads, cut fruit, seafood and defrosting meat from sitting in water or juices.

Made from clear polycarbonate, it is hygienic, tough and easy to clean, and the clear finish keeps food on display looking fresh. Drain plates are a simple way to extend the life of prepped food in the fridge and on the service line.
