The Mantova Single Tier Real-Tuff Shelving unit pairs ALLGAL galvanised steel posts, galvanised inside and out with heavy-duty ABS Real-Tuff shelves, giving you strong, hygienic storage that is easy to keep clean. At 900 mm long and 600 mm deep, it sits low to the floor and suits heavy, bulky stock such as drinks cases, kegs, sacks of flour and bulk produce, keeping it off the floor so you can clean underneath.

Real-Tuff shelves are rated to 250 kg per level, resist corrosion and have anti-microbial protection built in. Each shelf lifts off on its own and goes straight through the dishwasher, so cleaning day takes minutes rather than hours. How much weight can each shelf hold?

Each Real-Tuff shelf is rated to 250 kg per level when the load is spread evenly.

Can it go in a coolroom or freezer?

Yes. Real-Tuff shelving is designed for temperatures from -30°C to 90°C, and the ABS shelves will not rust. For constantly wet areas or wash-down zones, the stainless steel post version is the better long-term choice.

How do I clean the shelves?

Each shelf lifts off on its own without pulling the unit apart. Run them through a commercial dishwasher or wash them in the sink, then drop them back into place.

Can I change the shelf heights?

Yes. Shelf positions adjust in 50 mm steps along the posts, so you can space them for tall stock, crates or smaller items. The bullet feet also give 30 mm of levelling for uneven floors.

Can I add more bays or extra shelves later?
